Imagine a terraced hillside farm, an ancient fortress and citadel with terracotta roofs and golden finials. A fertile valley lies below, a river meandering through it, framed by rolling green hills rising to the snowy peaks of the Langtang Himal. Nuwakot Bazaar, a key part of Nepal’s story, reflects the unification of diverse tribes and trans-Himalayan peoples.
The farm, fortress, and citadel are hidden gems. An imposing manor house and two charming cottages create a courtyard. The farm itself offers quiet corners, verdant niches, and terraces of colorful, organic crops
The farm wasn't always so idyllic. Once prosperous families left for Kathmandu, leading to decay and collapse. Now, the working farm's atmosphere blends seamlessly with the fresh interiors, preserving its rustic charm.
